The very successful 2008/09 season for the Sudbury Trail Plan and its members has gone by and now and we are planning for our 2009/2010 snowmobile season. Let me take this opportunity to update you on the status of our Snowmobile Trail Guide (Map), Web Page and Signage programs for the 2009/2010 snowmobile season.

We have good news for our marketing supporters! The Sudbury Trail Plan Board evaluated the past season and our upcoming seasons marketing plans and how we can work with our supporters for the upcoming snowmobile season to provide the much needed information to our permit buyers and touring snowmobilers.

As a supporter and advertiser we are offering to you the following for one price as listed on the enclosed contract,

	STP 2009/10 Snowmobile Trail Map Advertising (select the size that suits your needs from the contract page)
	STP Business Sign Program - 2 Free
	“You Are Here” Sign Boards – Your ad will appear on 20 boards Free
	STP Internet Directory – your ad will be placed on our web site with a link to yours (if applicable) Total value of the “Free” added value we are offering to you equals to a $ 500.00 savings

Trail Signage

	You will have the option to purchase trail signage that will be posted by the clubs leading customers to your location @ $35.00 per sign

Snowmobile Shows

	STP will be attending the following snowmobile shows this fall and of course our map which is a sought after will be handed out. Last season alone we handed out over 7,000 maps at the shows we attended
October – International Snowmobile Show – Toronto November – Novi Snowmobile Show – Novi Michigan
	Additional Distribution
Ontario Tourism Partnership Shows – Pennsylvania, Minnesota, New York, Quebec
