Instructions for the purchase of a Classic Trail Permit:

        Download the Classic Snowmobile Permit Application
        Use a seperate order for each Classic Permit required
        Identify the Sudbury Trail Plan Assocation on the Order Form
        Provide the Snowmobile VIN in section provided
        Sign at "X" for the Classic Permit Purchase
        Sign at "XX" for OFSC Member Benefits
        Attach a photocopy of the Motorized Snow Vehicle Registraion Slip for the sled
        Mail the completed order form to Mailing address below
        OR you can visit the Sudbury Trail Plan Office to acquire your Classic Permit
        OR you can fax all documents
